        after i was involved in a rta my back was killing me,the pain was unbearable i had some physio off tristan he gave me physio and exersise,s to do they worked wonders top physio thank you.

        Had 4 sessions with Sneha to help with shoulder pain and upper back stiffness. Really great soft tissue sports massage treatments and a range of recommended exercises have brought about massive improvement. Many thanks Sneha!

        I went to see Sneha after 2 car accidents suffering with severe neck, back, shoulder, lower back issues. Sneha got to work on that problem areas and pretty quickly I started to feel less discomfort. Sneha set me some strength and stretching exercises which helped massively, my pains have all but disappeared Sneha has set me more stretching exercises for my hamstrings. I have been discharged from this course of treatment, I will certainly be back in touch with Sneha if I need further physio Thank you for all your help
