        Went for my annual eye checkup at Boots Stafford, fantastic and quick service. Was made to feel very welcome, staff were very helpful especially Leila who made the whole process seamless. Would definately recommed!

        This was the first visit to the Stafford shop and as a mask exempt person, I was asked by the optometrist to put a mask on. Even when I explained my exemption, I was again asked to wear it as we were in a small room. I offered to leave the room. I was made to feel very uncomfortable like I would infect everyone. Why should I ignore my health risks for the sake of someone elses paranoia? I will not be returning.

        First time Varifocals measured totally wrong. Replacement ordered but delivered wrong. Second Replacement finally arrived after a month but they've lost the original glass case. Apologetic about it but no refund offered. Quite disappointed. Hopefully these glasses now fit. Overall not too happy with the service.
