        My mother was at Beechcroft for three years. I couldn't fault the care she received. Diane and her staff showed genuine care, nothing was too much trouble.

        Stay well clear very unprofessional very rude...didn't turn up to an appointment that was arranged...management is absolute y appalling....DO NOT USE...

        I am staggered at the total lack of care and concern for my friend. I wish I could give zero points. Think very hard before sending a relative here. I cannot go into details but more meat market than care home. So so sad.
