        Me and my Fianc used Ernest Jones to purchase an engagement ring. Store manager Rachel was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the ring and the size and promptly had it ordered to be ready for us to collect 2 days later. Upon collecting the ring we had a few questions about certification, insurance etc. And all of our questions were answered by a really knowledgeable member of staff, he was super helpful but I didn't catch his name. Thanks all.
