Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Stafford

Booked van for Monday and when I went to collect it they said they dont have that van in stock

I rented a Large Van a couple weeks ago (sorry its a late review, only just finished moving in). I dealt with a gentleman called Rhys who was very polite and professional. He asked us what we needed and what he could do to accommodate us, within 5 minutes we had a van, date and time sorted. A Very fast and efficient start. My father and I had rented with enterprise before and all 3 times we have had a positive experience. Come the day of collecting the van we were greeted by Laura, who again was very pleasant and went through the legal obligations we were to sign for. After 5 minutes of clearly outlining what we would be signing for she left us to check the van was in good condition before we took it on and invited us to check the van and outline any marks or scuffs that were on it so that we wouldnt be liable for which we were happy to discuss. We then left with the van which we had for 24 hours. The day after we were greeted by Harvey who again showed great professionalism and even went out of his way to ask how the move went which showed he cares about his customers. We all checked the van and there was no discrepancies or faults at which point Harvey was happy. He was a pleasure to talk too and ended our conversation with a handshake. Overall my father and I had yet again another great experience with the Stafford branch of enterprise and will most certainly be using them again in the future. They say moving house can be one of the most stressful activities you can do but thanks to you guys it was a very smooth house move! Thanks again! Alex Bradbury.

I received such good customer service from drop off to pick up. Helpful staff and approachable who helped with queries using an electric car.

Staff really nice and helpful, just watch for additional charges. Amended review as, after a month, they decided to charge me an extra amount per month because cars "are popular" at the moment. Great business strategy guys way to keep existing customers I hope your high ups tread on a lego. (Staff there are still nice though)
