Rising Brook Surgery

My surgery have helped me so much over the years. Dr Agriwal and his team do their best. It is however, difficult to see a doctor and this does need to be addressed but I value my surgery. However it is awkward when you call at 8am and are told there are no appointments available even if it maybe a serious complaint asked to call back at 2pm and then told they have training that afternoon and to call 111???

Having been at this surgery for 20 years, its sad to hear they have now one doctor and it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment

There are no words that can describe what a complete let down and lack of care within this Surgery. No way would you treat an animal and get away with. I have in the last 2 weeks made so far 38 phones call and still no ANSWERS or reply when told someone will call you back. As a family we have been with this practice for over 60 years and the service now is definitely not worth anything except a minus rating. I am really surprised that the practice doesn't take notice of the painful reviews listed. This is not the final chapter in the issues surrounding my family but I do hope the surgery wakes up to all the bad criticism that is well deserved at this moment. Sadly I have had to give it a one star rating pity there was not a minus star just to get this post on.
