Self-serve pumps locked up yesterday - Why for goodness sake?The machine accepted my card for payment, and even accepted my club card, ready to deliver petrol but the pump itself was locked. I waited for the message no fuel taken and got a receipt. Why lock the pumps but leave the pay machine on? Because its Christmas? Im a key worker and needed fuel and its made working again today a real problem. Keep the self-serve open.
