This company fails to take action when it is required. They do everything without communication and will leave you frustrated, unheard and out of pocket. High staff turn over means you will have to repeat everything you say to multiple people. When you try and ring for answers you will be passed around from person to person or told to email and they won't respond. I would highly recommend researching other people's experiences because this company should not be able to get away with what they do.
