Fabulous service! Initially contacted KS Property Maintenance to get a quote for windows. The service was so good, I've had windows, front door and roof work all completed. Extremely happy with the efficiency and service, always arrived on day and time expected. Work was completed in the timescales quoted on initial meeting. A very professional and friendly service! I contacted KS Prooerty Maintence for some advice on our leaky roof and a quote for repairs. Kieron visited us when he said he would and promptly found the issues with the roof and advised on how to resolve them. (We had contacted a number of other businesses to look at the same problem and they did not compare to the service and positivity to be able to complete the work as Kieron did) He gave a very reasonable quote and we booked him. He arrived exactly when he said he would to start the work and grafted solid each day until it was done. The standard of his work is fantastic and he talked us through exactly what he was doing, taking a number of pictures to show us what was being done and why.
