This must be the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I've ever received! We've had a carpet booked in for almost a month, since we had issues with the sizing last time, we decided to call up to double check the measurements and surprise surprise, sizes written down incorrectly! Silly girl on the phone basically accused us of getting the sizes wrong even though you can clearly see from the measurements numbers have been written down in the wrong order. How can you sit there and accuse your own customers of making measurement mistakes when they've called you to double check and then play the victim when people get angry about it! The worst part about this whole experience is if she bothered to use her two brain cells she would of realised the carpet needed a join in anyway because the room is too big, and thus no reason to throw a tantrum. This company takes 0 responsibility for their mistakes and likes to accuse others but yet does no due diligence on their end to ensure the measurements are correct, one phone call before cutting the carpet was all that was needed to double check the measurements but nah, couldn't even be bothered with that! For the level of service you receive, which is none, you might as well just buy the carpet yourself and get an independent fitter to fit it and save yourself the hassle.

Would highly recommend this company! Very friendly and informative sales person, to fitter that came out on time on the day we requested. Good quality carpet, he took away the old carpet and any excess from the new! Will definitely use MFC in the future!
