The staff are friendly, quick, and very good with enforcing safety with covid. The place is clean, quiet and calming.

Terrible service and unsupportive These people do not care about young children. Three times they have failed my son. He displayed such challenging behaviour at the age of 5 that it resulted in our family being evicted from our home. I have researched the condition ODD as he displays every single attribute and symptom but they refuse to investigate and diagnose and us and now he's 7 they have turned down a referral for the third time I have begged for help as it is tearing our family apart so CAHMS clearly do not care about families. Instead the blame has been put onto me as a mother. I have had 5 children and only my 4th child is symptomatic so how can this be my parenting? I have undertaken 4 parenting courses all of which have failed. This service is not fit for purpose
