One Recovery Staffordshire

I have recently engaged with One Recovery as I have several major issues. I have a very professional and caring keyworker named Paul. I am sure working together and through my issues, I can and will get to where I want to be. It is going to be a very rocky road ahead, I have faith and feel comfortable talking to Paul and staff at One Recovery. I will beat my demons.

Though I found Dr Illiescu patronising and unpleasant, since she has left I have had excellent care through One Recovery. They have helped me a lot in recent times and I recommend them to anyone who needs help conquering addiction.

I have had to engage with this service since the government cutbacks stopped my fantastic doctor from being able to help me. I have found that some passionate and dedicated staff really try to help people. Unfortunately it's like drug and alcohol services have been set back 20 years, having to work under outdated and damaging rules. Even so the help on the ground does what it can under the circumstances. I have found the groups held throughout the week very helpful and supportive, this is equally as due to the clients input. Their relaxed easy format is at the very least a point of contact for those battling some difficult issues.
