    If I give give this service no stars, I would. I have had only two appointments (the first one being 2018) in the space of a year. On the 2nd appointment, I was forgotten about and left in the waiting room for hours, apparently the receptionists hadn't told her that I was there, wether this is a lie or not, I am unsure. I have since been trying to get in touch with them to make an appointment, left numerous messages asking to book in, only to be let down time and time again. I have had absolutely no response and I feel like I have been massively let down by the service. I feel like I have been left high and dry and to deal with things on my own, which is an absolutely disgraceful. I hit total rock bottom not so long ago and tried to do something stupid whilst my husband was away on holiday, luckly a neighbour came to my rescue. If it hadn't been for the help from not only my neighbour, but also my husband, I would not be here today. I am so frustrated by this service by the lack of help that I have received. I still need help, but I will not use this service ever again! I will be seeking services elsewhere. I will also be putting in a formal complaint once I figure out who I need to contact.

    No support available currently. Phone line is shut. Left in limbo regarding my next telephone appointment as my letter was never sent. Not sure why the option for phone appointments has not been made? Phone message asks me to contact my GP if I need support.

    Went for an interview here for an admin job. Bad experience, unprofessional. Job was for Wolverhampton but insisted on Stafford. Ladies who interviewed me were not friendly; didnt even initially introduce themselves, was rushed upstairs. No smiling or eyecontact, awkward meeting. More interested in form filling than professional dialogue. Stilted questions. Part time position, but quickly discovered chaotic working pattern. Job role discussed was beyond what applied for. Wanted a company secretary, project assistant, receptionist, data analyst and marketing / events manager rolled into one. Role vs salary completely unrealistic. Staff did not look motivated or happy. I would not wish to work in this environment; I would be concerned about being able to effectively support service users and colleagues, and this company's ability to deliver continued professional development. Please be aware.
