The Wolverhampton Road Surgery

Shocking! Ring up for an appointment for a weeks time, trying to give plenty of notice and get told I cant do that and if I want an appointment I have to call at 8am on the day to try and get in, then when you ring at 8 no one answers the phone or there isnt any appointments available this surgery is shocking, the staff are rude & seem to not care about you. Another occasion I had to ring for my sister as she was being told to ring at 8 also when her symptoms were extremely worrying, no one could even be bothered to listen to her. Worst doctors Ive ever experienced

Shocking after taking longer then 8months to get an appointment to have the doc sit there and not listen properly to my concerns, to be told i wil have to make another appointment is a joke, took 8months to get this one. Never ring back when they say they will. Used to be good practice gone down hill loads now gonna move me and family from the practice

The appointment system is laughable. That is if you ever get an appointment. When I finally got an appointment for my husband with a registrar he was asked what he wanted from the appointment. When he told him his symptoms he was then asked ' yes but what do you want from this appointment' he then booked him for yet another blood test repeat. Now we are on the treadmill of getting another appointment. None of his concerns were addressed. His symptoms persist.

Redialled 330 times this morning and 28 minutes trying but still not through. Trying to make a routine appointment for a child will now have to try for a day emergency. Really poor phone service.
