Absolutely disgusting behaviour by staff after a recent auditing visit to your site. Bullying, harassing, the fork lift driver should be sacked frankly. And tom is a nasty piece of work, trying to intimidate and scare the public. I will not be using bargain booze any longer.

Service is always quite poor here. younger man is rude and does about 14 different things when youre trying to send a parcel so you have to repeat yourself multiple times. Older man is angry when youre sending parcels youve already paid for. their post office times dont match the ones online and theyre really unhelpful about that. Been in multiple times when the post office section is just randomly closed. Actual shop is poorly stocked so theres no point going there when theres a Co-Op next door.

Went to drop a parcel that I paid for online in order to save time, the shopkeeper told me he will not accept the parcel next time if I don't pay it there because I wasn't helping the local business. I don't know the authenticity his statement but really disappoining costomer service!!
