        Absolutely appalling customer service. I raised a ticket on 15/02/2023 that I couldn't access our server, it is now the 21/02/2023 and no-one has rang to sort it out. We were with a previous company who got bought by EPX, since the purchase there is no-one to talk to and customer service is non-existent, I have called around 15 times in the last 5 days chasing a resolution and keep getting promised call backs that do not materialise.

        Andy went over and above to help me. Not only did he check my backup issues he fixed the problem with my printer memory (which I hadn't reported), provided some information on the potential cause, change my printer to another 'language' which solved the problem, and provided advice on what else might be the cause, i.e. I may need a replacement printer longer term. Thank you Andy :).
