        I would recommend Rachel she is the best councillor i have ever had and i have had many,she is compassionate and very professional you know that when you enter the room it is a safe place and confidential i have suffered with anxiety and depression most of my life and with the help of Rachel i have come to terms with my issues i have and i am slowly overcoming them she is by far the best councillor around Shropshire/Staffordshire.

        I approached Rachel on recommendation after dealing with years of problems, which I could never quite get the help I needed. Rachel took a very calming and continually informative approach to councilling that I hadn't experienced before hand. After seeing rachel I finally have the tools I need to help myself, treating the cause as opposed to just covering up a problem. I whole heartedly recommend Rachel for her comfortable and open approach to therapy, a real difference.
