        Got work done in good time and communicated well. Other places are cheaper but the convenience of being able to book online, good communication and their brakes for life offer make it worth it.

        Worst experience with the servicing and MOT so far. They told me, they have fixed everything that needed to and I collected my car. On returning, I face the same problem and I called them back, stating the problem and they said they bring it back and they will inspect it and the labour charge would be 42. He hung the phone in the middle of conversation. Very rude staff. Not happy at all and please don't ever go to this Halfords, Lichfield.
