Great little shop with cherry picked antiques, small furniture and collectors curious for the discerned buyer. Mostly victorian to 1920s pieces. Fair prices and friendly welcome, the owner always shows honest interest to make your experience pleasant. I would love it to be bigger, though.

Having been multiple times into this fantastic shop, I found the proprietor to be a most charming gentleman, knowledgeable, frank and funny. He has the most incredible items, all crammed into an Aladdin's cave, crammed being the operative word. There was barely room for me and my handbag, so quite why anyone would even try to get a pram, pushchair or buggy through the door beggars belief. Not only would it bring in all kinds of filth on the carpet, it risks damaging some of the stock. So why would you even attempt it? Please, use some common sense and don't just think about yourself. This kind of selfish attitude spoils it for the rest of us. This is a rarity in itself, a small independant shop, treat it , it's contents and other customers with some respect
