        I had been looking for domiciliary / end of life care for my dad, as the company in situ at the time were much below the required standard (appalling). When searching, I spoke to Sally at Bluebird as I had heard of good reviews. Sadly, Bluebird were full to capacity, but during our short 15 minute call, Sally took the time to listen, showing more care & compassion than the care company in situ had done in 3 days. Sally - thank you, keep doing what you do, you are just perfect & a credit to Bluebird.

        Enjoyed working with Bluebird Stafford. Staffs very supportive and help you to grow in care with excellent training they provided and with good rates of pay. They find ways to make your life easy, very fun place to work with. Been with Bluebird for over 4years but sadly had to leave because of house move. They also very strict when in comes to health and safety of clients no room for mistakes, thats why theres regular reviews/ report to assess which areas needs to improve in order to deliver best care to client. Management never forget about us even in little things like each year we have chocolate Easter bunny personalised with our name on it and every Christmas we got a treat for Christmas meal to a restaurant, we never get this in other company very rare. Enjoyed working at Bluebird Stafford. Would highly recommend.
