Affexa Care Services - Stafford

Ive worked at Affexa for a little over 3 years now. The company itself is very well run by a fantastic, friendly, approachable manager who stops at nothing to ensure the staff and service users are fully supported. My working hours and role have changed due to personal issues, and Ive been so supported throughout this process. The role has been adapted to suit my availability, ensuring my potential is always reached. I have recently passed my level 3 NVQ which was fully funded by the company. The office has a great environment, theres always somebody available with a smile and kind words, offering advice when needed, or just a cup of tea/coffee! The care industry has been absolutely battered the last 2 years, and as a small company, it has been a very concerning time for us. Its testament to how strong the team is that weve pulled through and are now onto bigger and better times! Ive met some lifelong friends in the team I work alongside and theres never been a moment Ive felt alone, which is something a lot of people think is common in domiciliary care! A fantastic, supportive and well led company, thats always encouraging and motivating their team to strive for better!
