Called out for oil boiler service for a few years until my boiler blew up. Parsons refused to come out despite leaving me with no heating or hot water in the snow. Called out an emergency plumber who said that it looked like it hadnt been serviced in years and it did not meet safety requirements. Had them replace several radiators and some of them dont even work now. Incredibly disappointed and will not be returning to this poor company.

A very professional company to deal with. From initial contact, job surveying for our new boiler and through to installation all members of staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. I have already recommended them to two friends who want a new boiler in the near future.

Is was 4 months ago that I last posted about Dave at Parsons doing a great repair. We were advised then by Dave that the boiler was 15 years old and had seen better days. So when we heard grumbling from the bearings we called Parsons Plumbing and Heating Ltd at Stafford. The whole team from office administration through to Dave coming back to replace our ageing boiler, which he completed in a day, with very minimal disturbance, (he did have a helping hand to take out the old boiler and install the new from Josh). They even arranged for the scrap boiler to be collected the day after the installation, when Dave also returned to ensure all was working correctly. Throughout Dave and the team have been punctual, polite and profesional whilst being very competively priced. Well worth the five star rating.
