Very easy website to use and looks great, could do with a faster delivery options

First time ordering from Olivias and this is how the clock arrived this morning... I heard the ParcelForce man throw the package down on the doorstep so its a combination of not being well packaged by Olivias and terrible service by ParcelForce - Olivias you need to rethink your delivery packaging and service provider. Ive been calling customer service for half an hour now but no answer, hopefully someone will respond

Gallery Direct Huntington Large 6 Seater Dining Table cost 820 and the table has only lasted just under a year, the top coating has just worn away and looks a complete mess, I contacted Olivia's directly and their response was you have 48 hours from delivery, to return it!!!. I'm now in touch now with trading standards, sales of good act, ref their 48 hour warranty. Order No 95751. I will be warning other customers, to stay away via Facebook and every post they make on Instagram, just so any potential customer, knows that they are dealing with an extremely un-professional company, as per many a negative review on trustpilot.
