DO NOT USE ! - Use Pizza Hut or Papa John's ! Passing by on foot and called in . . Impossible to actually order at the counter , because ' you have to order on an app ! ' when standing in the shop ! Cannot take payments unless using ' the app ' when standing at the counter ! ' Money is not Valid ' Store Manager Having tried to achieve this simple task for half an hour and then having to pay by card ! Asked how long it would take and being told half an hour and being only customer and not wanted to stand outside in -6 weather as no waiting area . Asked for refund and was told 7-12 working days ( 3 weeks ) and would have to keep checking bank as no refund receipt can be printed ! *update :- No refund was issued after checking monthly sent Bank Statement = Fraud !

Delivery driver refused to deliver into block of flats. Do not order if you cannot do half the job for the driver.

Ordered 4 large pizzas arranged to pick it up waited a further 20 mins pizzas were tasteless the crust hollow, really disappointed have not had a pizza for a while as husband has just come home after a month in Critical care
