Awful. Went in at about 2:20pm to redeem 2 winning lotto tickets. Redeemed the lucky dip and they said that was it but I'd already checked on the app and it said I'd won 78 and a lucky dip. The guy wouldn't give me my original ticket back and said he threw it away. Got it back but I don't know if he has claimed it. Will not use again.
