Francis William Kitchens and Bedrooms

My gut instinct was right! What a fantastic company we chose to install our new kitchen! From our first contact with Hannah at Francis William we were impressed! Hannah visited our house and came up with a design for our kitchen which we were happy with. We then visited the showroom in Stafford and were able to pick the kitchen cabinets, units etc. The showroom was impressive! We told Hannah that we wanted a project managed job which is exactly what they delivered! We received regular communications, CAD designs and quotations for all works. When the time came, Dave, Brendan and the team of trades came in and it was amazing how quickly the old kitchen was out and the new one began to take shape! All of the work was undertaken by quality tradesmen and the finish in every area (building work; plumbing; plastering; decorating; electrical work; kitchen installation) were all great and the house was left as tidy as it could be each night. Special mention to Dave, Brendan, Gary and his team, Chris, Dan, Darren, Luke, Izak, the Just Granite team, who were all phenomenal! We now have a fabulous showroom-like kitchen /diner/family room and I would wholeheartedly recommend Francis William to anyone! We bought our new kitchen from a well known national company and Frances William Installations were commissioning by them to do the strip out of our old kitchen and installation of the new one. From the first contact their services were excellent - not only was the workmanship to an extremely high standard, but their customer services were exemplary. They kept us informed at every stage and were always contactable. Whilst on site they were friendly and efficient and kept the inevitable disruption to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
