Care Plus

my words cannot begin to express our gratitude to the management and staff at care plus, they looked after my bedbound mother brilliantly over her last few years, and gave her comfort and support above and beyond her needs. A massive thankyou to each and everyone of you, you know who you are.

At the most challenging of times with relatives you reach out to some for help and advice. 'Care' may be in their name it doesn't appear to be so much in their nature. The only response deleting an email without even reading it almost a year later. Thank goodness a relative didn't go to them.

Not a very good company to work for complained the other day about something never had a call back from them when they said they would the pay is a joke and want you to use your own car a your personal phone for them and pay little fuel mileage only so it costs you to drive about and use your phone.

This company doesnt deserve the 1 star I had to give. I live in one of their retirement living apartments due to my disability. Building completed in 2017 not 1917 but as for disabled suitability you would think the latter. I have had to ask for changes to be made and after arguing my point about disability discrimination they eventually agreed but I had to fight. And I write this review because after all Ive been through something happened this week to prove they dont care or learn from past mistakes. If you can avoid renting or buying through shared ownership at all costs, if you want to be treated like a human being with choices. They simply dont listen to their residents on a number of subjects. I only live here because unfortunately finding rental properties for disabled people is just not easy and even worse than what I have had to put up with here. All I can say is shame on you CARE PLUS!!
