        Had a montese gas fire fitted 2 year ago the first year the coals and bedding disintegrated so this firm sent me some more .and now 2year on its happened again also thermal couple not working rang them and there say not under warranty so paid the 42quid and 45 to get fitted so the 5year warranty means nothing this coal should not crumble if it was real fire proof

        An engineer came to sort a fault with my fire (it was turning itself off). At the same time I had the fire serviced and I can honestly say the fire has never ran better! A friendly and excellent service from start to finish and I will be booking my annual service with this company every year.
