Will never ever buy from Stoneacre ever again. We've been longterm customers, buying 2 cars from them each time. They change your paperwork last minute so you end up with a higher APR, when you complain to head office, no one gets back to you! I called the dealership directly, to be asked to come in and talk about it, which we did, they admitted what they had done. So how did they think it was OK to try and sell us another car on a higher APR? Needless to say, we told them to stick it. The sales team are pushy and don't leave you alone. My 4 year agreement has just come to and end on one car in June, and the other car came to an end this month, it was so nice to go to another dealership and have normal human beings to deal with, rather than a bunch of liars. If you have a problem with your car, you take the car in, they say they can't hear or see what the problem is, making out your loopy. Never have a tow bar fitted by them either, they knacker your electrics and say they never worked, how can they not work on a brand new truck that they sold you .
