Terrible service, almost impossible to book an appointment. 15 years ago was a great place. Its only declined over the years, avoid like the Black Plague.

Ive been with this doctors surgery since I was a baby, so easily 25 years. Over the last few months Ive noticed a significant change. Ive tried to make a complaint with a practice manager, but I have been told theyre off sick. I have an embedded UTI which was discovered in a biopsy done by my urologist. She requested me to have medication for this and a letter was sent to the GP on the 30th December. Ive had nothing from the GP despite ringing multiple times. The receptionists can also be very abrupt. I had a text from the surgery requesting I pick up a blood form and book a blood test at County. I rang the reception, only to be told this was a mistake. It was not and luckily the nurse sorted it out in my appointment. Holmcroft was great, but Im really disappointed with how the practice is currently. I feel that some of the doctors fail to understand how bad your health issue is and you have to constantly push to be taken seriously. It is very tiring when you have a chronic illness

Patronising and rude receptionist when I was more than polite and friendly just asking for an appointment? Is that not the purpose of a GP surgery? The surgery could do with getting some new reception staff that are less passive aggressive and more polite.
