        After having bad experiences at couple of Kwit fit is Leicester, Im surprised by customer service of this place. Staff was very helpful when sorting out my van issues. From start to finish, everything was spot on. I have to mention the guy on service desk was absolutely brilliant. No doubt he is asset for a company. Can't recommend them enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else

        The fitting of my new tyre was fine, the staff were great but in my payment was wheel alignment. I hadn't asked for this, it was something that was listed as in the price when I paid. However, when I was told they were doing the alignment I was then asked to view a screen which showed a few numbers on the screen, these weren't very well explained but I was then told to resolve these number issues I.would have to pay an additional 65. I rejected this as I was not made aware of this when paying for the tyre. It put me in an uncomfortable situation which I didn't appreciate.
