Express Curtains

Second time Ive used Express Curtains. I am so pleased with my new curtains and the service in the shop was great. The staff were friendly and REALLY helpful. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a supply only roller blind in Oslo Birch. I found the staff (Karen especially) to be very warm and friendly. I was advised appropriately and felt the blind met my requirements and was happy with the price. Was even given a courtesy call to inform me that blind had been dispatched. Further to this was a follow up email asking if it arrived ok and fitting was successful. How very thoughtful and this to me demonstrates excellent customer service on another level. This is rare these days. I will most definitely be returning to order more blinds and can highly recommend them.

Wonderful service from top to bottom. My 'curtain lady' was Faye and she was professional, knowledgeable, quick and accurate. The advice was useful and gratefully received and whenever I had contact with the shop throughout the process and spoke to someone else (such as Karen), they knew exactly who I was and what stage the order was at. The fitters were also professional and did a great job (including leaving the place tidy). I endeavour to beat all expectations with my own businesses and it was a very pleasant surprise to find another company as switched on as we are. Overall, top marks for service, quality of the job, speed and and pricing - keep up the good work ladies.
