    Bought a PC off them almost 6 months ago. Had a slight issue at first with getting windows activated but customer support is top notch here. Almost 6 months later the PC has been working perfectly with no issues, and I'm running games at top settings. Not to mention, the price was very good too for what I wanted. This is the second time I bought a PC off them (first one was waaaay back in like 2013 or something, I can't even remember. Cannot recommend Dino PC enough, whenever anyone is trying to get into PC gaming I send them here.

    Edited - This has been changed from a 1 star because i now know that the original staff who ran this company so poorly have now moved on and the contact i have been dealing with this morning, even though it doesn't look like much can be done to resolve a system that i am still having problems with has shown more understanding, professionalism and common sense than the 14 months of arguing i had with the previous customer service team. This is a positive and should not be overlooked. Its the easiest thing in the world to say we are under new management, BUT it is incredibly telling that they are willing to look into and try to rectify complaints and issues from a time that they have no control over. This is how customer service should be! Keep up the good work and thank you to Kate for restoring my faith
