The initial process of buying the car was fine back in 2020. However, I sold my car this year and therefore needed to cancel my service plan as a result. Im owed a refund of payments made. Its now over 2 weeks since I cancelled the service plan and Im yet to see a refund. Dont bother wasting your time ringing the team because in my experience, they categorically will not answer, and youll be reliant on voicemails. Ive lost count of the amount of times Ive rang now to chase my refund and Im continuously told that theyll chase it up with head office. It would seem that timescales and accountability are non existent in the land of WR Davies! I guess today will be another failed phonecall, another frustrated voicemail, and more empty promises of my refund reaching me soon. The customer service, particularly from head office, is non existent

Recently purchased a new C3 from this garage. First time customer to both Citroen and W R Davies Citroen Stafford. Salesman Bradley Purcell has looked after me from the initial enquiry to collection last Saturday. He listened to exactly what I wanted and found me my perfect car at a time new cars are facing long delays on order. Always pleasant, answering my many queries, sending me videos of prospective cars. He made collection day very special having me uncover my car in the showroom. I'm sure the aftercare i will be equally pleased with and be a returning customer. Loving the car so far!
