Great experience from start to finish. We had a last minute problem during fitting due to changing our order but the team pulled out all of the stops to make it right and we couldnt be happier with our stove. Fitting was very neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

We are so happy with our stove from Stafford fireplaces! The shop were really helpful and there was plenty of selection. A fair price and they managed to fit us in within our expected timeframe. Alex fitted the fire along with him team and they were all very polite and kept everything as clean as possible. Overall a 5 star experience and we would definitely recommend.

I would just like to say that we are really impressed with the service that we received, from start to finish, from Stafford Fireplaces and Stoves and the installation and fitting of our Log Burner from Alex and team. We would highly recommend Stafford Fireplaces and Stoves.

Sales and fitting service was satisfactory. However I raised an issue the day of fitting and the owner called out the same day to attempt to address the issue - stains in marble grate. This was 31 october. He said he would be in touch. I had no contact until early December when I threatened to make a claim under section 75 of the credit card to get a refund as my issue was unresolved. The owner phoned me and apologised saying he was waiting for a part, which would be with him in a week. Heard nothing till late December when I had a voicemail saying he hadn't forgotten about me and would be in touch to resolve my issue "soon". We'll here we are on 9 February and I've heard nothing and still have an issue. Therefore my summary would be that the sales service is satisfactory but the after sales customer care is outrageously appalling
