        Ordered my glasses on the 15/4/2023 had an email on the 24/4/23 telling me they are making my glasses , thats 9 days later , had an email on the 25/4/23 telling me they were being delivered, I never got them until the 28/4/23 whos delivering them Garry the snail , I had no glasses they were aware from the very start it was an emergency and I needed my glasses asap , how long would it of took if it wasnt urgent ?, who knows ? Never have waited so long before for new specs , very poor very poor indeed

        Cant put a zero star rating as would otherwise, first time I went for contact lenses I was told 3/5 working days took weeks. Second time needed replacement as one eye not strong enough, again was told 3/5 working days now been 4 weeks. Rang several times to enquire if they were in and they werent promised call backs, none received. Very bad service Im sad to say. Am going elsewhere now.
