My only issue was that the bonnet release handle was hanging down, I forgot to mention it on the day. This issue was not fixed or at the very least highlighted. As a disabled customer I will have to return the vehicle to get this sorted as I'm unable to do this myself. Otherwise no complaints at all

I have had my faith restored in Mercedes! Thanks to Gareth Matt Bailey at Stafford (lookers) Mercedes! I have had 2 new Mercedes E Class cabs in the last 6 years the last one bought June 2019 all 4 of the actual wheels have cracked over at least 4 times and have cost a fortune to repair and now have had to purchase 4 brand new wheels and Mercedes just not interested !! Have tried to sell me a new car recently and Ive told them Ive lost faith in their cars! So yet again this week I have another flat run flat tyre!!! So frustrating and upsetting . The guys at lookers Stafford sorted this for me on the same day gave me a brand new tyre free of charge and fitted it for free. Gareth was such a gentleman. I am now considering another Mercedes. Thankyou so so much

Do not give these people your 250. What a terrible experience I had with this company. I had reservations about paying 250 to reserve a car for a test drive but the salesman Kyle assured me with this statement We are Mercedes Benz, We are not a back street dealer he assured me that if I did not want the car, they would return my 250 immediately. It took me a whole calendar month to get my money back and I had to hound Kyle by email initially then by phone and every time I called, he was busy and reception said he would call back. He never did so I asked to speak to his manager and guess what ? Yes, the manager was busy.. I got a call from accounts 28 days after the test drive telling me that they only received my request 2 days ago so somebody was not being completely honest ? No apologies or assurances from anybody within the organisation. All it should have took was just one person to go to accounts and follow this up ?? Kyle was wrong, this company does indeed act like a back street dealer What a terrible experience. Never again

Given that in the great scheme of things my problem was a minor electrical fault, I couldnt have been more pleased with both the way I was dealt with, and the rapid resolution of the issue. Very pleased.
