Placed an order online, waited 20 mins to find out my order has not been accepted and not only that but the money I spent won't be refunded for 3-5 working days!!
I've been a customer here for the past 8 years and that was my last ever order. Don't allow people to order if you're too busy, don't leave people 20 mins waiting for an order that won't turn up and don't leave people for 3-5 working days for their money back!! AWFUL SERVICE
