Amazing service! Quick at responding and has a great eye for detail. Nici came out to our family home where our open plan living needed some proper planning. We wanted to try have a downstairs toilet to avoid friends and family having to use our main bathroom. We threw Nici a few ideas and was excited to see her final plans. Nici has a great attention to detail and really thinks of multiple ideas/designs on what can be done with space. She also shown us multiple different options we could possibly go for. She has been very helpful when an unfortunate situation has arisen and we really appreciate that. Thankyou again! We wanted to completely overhaul our home but had no idea where to start. Asking Nici for her help was the best decision we could have made. She has guided us at every step, sourced great builders and architects and chased for updates when I have been appallingly lackluster. Nici has listened to us and understood what we wanted when we were not even sure what it was we are after. We asked her to think outside of the box and we ended up with a house plan that was completely different to anything we could have thought up ourselves but exactly what we wanted. We are only part way through the project and I am really looking forward to getting to the point where we can use her expertise on all our fixtures and fittings. But we could not be happier that we got Nici on board to work with us and would recommend her to anyone considering a home improvement project.

We got in touch with Nici last year as we were doing an extension and wanted to design our new space. Nici provided us with visual concepts as well as design ideas for each of the rooms in the house. She really listened to us and what was important for our home. In between concept boards, Nici has been a valuable support, always really responsive and full of good ideas and resources! It really is a pleasure to work with Nici and to see her ideas come to life. Thank you Nici for spending so much time on our designs, always being available for a chat and answering all my questions when I have doubts! Most of all, thank you for your patience. I cannot wait to carry on with the rest of the house once THAT room is done! ;-)
