Sue Green at Evergreen HR has been instrumental in helping our company develop a new management structure over the past 6 months. Sue's input in facilitating management workshops, and assisting us with the transition, has been essential in this process. We're also now using HR Pulse which has helped us to not only centralise all our HR staff records, but also provides us with guidance and facilities that help us manage the business much more seemlessly.

HR Pulse. Just brilliant. For a small business that doesn't have it's own HR Dept, HR Pulse and the support of Evergreen HR is second to none, in our experience. HR Pulse is easy to use, readily accessible as web-based and very intuitive. HR Pulse is also a great resource for policy document templates, leave management and all HR related tasks. The support from Sue and all at Evergreen HR witrh their wealth of knowledge and experience is a great support to business such as ours.

You can definitely throw away the spreadsheets once you realise how much time you can save by using this fantastic solution! What stands out for me about HR Pulse? I particularly like the reporting tool because there is a bank of different reports which are so easy to use and very easily accessible. Not to mention the suite of documents that you can customise and a central location for all employee files. I would definitely recommend you put HR Pulse at the heart of your business.

HR pulse was clearly developed by professionals who understand the need for a tool like this for organisations that don't have their own HR department. After a demonstration by Sue Green it became apparent that this is what we need to use. Its the perfect way to organise data, files and keep tabs on pressing HR issues all in one place.
