        Sales Manager wasn't that interested in us really, the house we viewed was the last on the plot and I think even though the development was almost complete, it would have been good to have a chat etc. but didn't even get given a brochure, had to take one ourselves off the kitchen table. Sales Manager was also talking to somebody else interested in the property when we were trying to ask questions about it, didn't really feel considered and wouldn't buy from Bellway on account of this I wouldn't think.

        Excellent customer service, staff were knowledgeable about the estate, the layout and location. Friendly staff, readily available to assist and keen to help. Enjoyed looking for our new home and the process was very straightforward. They handled most of the paperwork and updated us when required. Our home was half built when we purchased but the overall finished product was impressive and we were very pleased with. Greeted by the site manager to welcome us to the estate and home. No issues whatsoever. Would use these builders again and overall would recommend.
