        I had a leak in the bathroom on Sept 6th which necessitated ripping out the flooring and bath panels and despite TWICE reporting it I received absolutely no response with a date for repair.I've just had to phone AGAIN today- Sept 26th 2022 -only to find out that Homes "Plus" have received NO RESPONSE to their previous emails from their contractors - but did not have the courtesy to let me know that they hadn't replied!! The "service" is unspeakably bad! Update- they sent someone around who just took a photograph of the bathroom , and I've still not received a date for the repair' UPDATE It's now JANUARY 24th 2023 and still no sign of a repair to the flooring bath and shelf panels and there is a nail in the flooring which protrudes- so you can accidentally step on it- not ideal in bare fee.t! Also the basin is unstable and could topple at any moment. UPDATE 17/4/23 JUST TRIED TO REPORT AN EMERGENCY BOILER LEAK REPAIR, HELD ON FOR HALF AN HOUR AND THEN GOT CUT OFF BEFORE I GOT THROUGH! Now left with no heating or hot water- AGAIN_ from yesterday April 27th until at least next Thursday May 4th because they ordered the part on April 17th , said it would arrive on 20th April ; it didn't' and they've now given the date as May 4th- hopefully!" What an utter shambles this company is! Sarah Boden should be utterly ashamed of running such an outfit! Their name "Homes Plus is a joke.
