        Complete waste of time take the rent but dont repair there propertys wont replace boiler which is leaking again damp black mould on wall in bedroom.

        Pointless. They're based in Stafford but all properties are in Wolverhampton . In 4 years I've never seen a Stafford property.

        Unfortunately I rent an apartment from south Staffs Housing authority, with care plus as a management company these companies along with others fall under the umbrella of housing plus group. But in reality they are one and they treat their tenants like shit they dont listen or treat anyone with respect. I only stay because Im disabled and its not easy to find suitable rental accommodation for disabled people! But unless you have to avoid retirement, assisted living as much as possible and steer clear of shared ownership its a con trust me! One star is more than they deserve if there was an option for zero I would of chosen that.
