        Charlotte cut my daughters hair, after her not having it cut for years! My daughter was nervous and worried about the change despite wanting/needing it to be cut. Charlotte listened to what she wanted and understood my daughters apprehension, and went on to cut it exactly how my daughter wanted it and she is soooo happy The staff were all lovely and welcoming too. Service: Kids' cuts
