Food & service good. Table close to us had a child at it that dropped and smashed a glass staff came quickly and told them not to worry, replaced the item free of charge

Vegetarian options: Good variety Wheelchair accessibility: All on ground floor with no steps

As with most Costa's coffee is good, M&S tea cakes are the best, but why in Costa's in winter do they have the A/C on? To limit one's stay or for the staffs' convenience.

Always a good coffee and snacks from here. Much better and cheaper than the Starbucks inside. Fully recommend.
