I have rang numerous times trying to get to talk to the parts dept left my number several times and still cant get to talk to anyone. A joke the way its run. Try a more professional garage

AVOID STONEACRE. It appears that this company employs nothing but apprentices (young kids) I called them to simply get my cambelt changed on my Daughters FIAT 500, I made a call and clearly it was answered by an adolescent, despite pressing the option for booking and pricing I was held on the phone for over 5 mins and 11 seconds , the child could not give me a price, I then called back and again pressed the option to get a booking and price ! This call was 7 mins and 18 seconds long !!! and still the young lady Hannah could not help ! I was warned by a friend who had historically worked at Stoneacre that their mission was to rid mature/experienced staff to save money and have their own academy employing school leavers to make higher profits but from my experience when you employ kids it clearly does not work, I will never endorse their work, their service nor their professional, I am all apprenticeships and young people learning but to have over 50% of staff as apprentices to retain higher profits is appalling. Needless so say I called B S Marson and Son FIAT in Stoke and in under 2 minutes I had a quote and my car was booked in. STONEACRE you level of service is appalling and if you want to encourage customers to your business ensure the phone lines go straight to the dealership and not a booking centre manned by under 18's. FOR ANYONE WHO OWNS A FIAT IN STAFFORD, PLEASE USE B S MARSONS AND SONS IN STOKE.
