        Needed new key for car, polite enough when came out and took about 30 minutes. Showed me key worked in ignition then he left. When I tried to lock door the key would not fit in door or operate mechanically. Despite contacting numerous times took weeks for them to return reply by text. Kept promising to come back but never showed up. Do not trust them! I arranged for different locksmith and they confirmed I had been given faulty fob and part missing inside.

        Contacted Dave at 6pm on a Sunday after having trouble with my key, he replied straight away, and turned up around an hour later. The job was done in less than half an hour. Great service. Thanks again !
