'Garments Left at Customers Own Risk' - My 500 wedding trousers were returned ruined. Very sad to leave this review as Sally was initially very nice and I can't fault her technical ability. Unfortunately my garment was returned to me in poor condition smelling of smoke, covered in cat hair with a pull in the fabric and 3 small stains on the front. On collection I noticed only a small mark and regrettably did not speak up at the time, trusting in the reasonable nature I had so far experienced in Sally. I called to inform her of the damage just 20 mins later, sent photos and she asked me to return to have a look. On returning later that day she accused me of lying, was sarcastic and made several personal comments regarding my income and job. She refused to give any sort of refund or compromise on having the garment dry cleaned to remove the marks. She raised her voice, was confrontational, rude and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly advise anyone considering her services to go elsewhere as proper care was not taken over such an important garment. Photos attached of small dots of ?makeup ?tea on my white bridal trousers. Also shown is a sign which she (not so) kindly advised me to take note of when I asked for her to pay for them to be dry cleaned.
