On one of my appointment's (went in with chest pain) doctor was dismissive and told me I need to stop smoking ( 1-2 a day for the past 5 years as I try to quit) did not listen to me AT ALL, I knew he was done when he pick up the phone and started to ring someone. After ringing for days to get an appointment ( I don't visit GP often as it is) no joy I had to go in and demand one as she was telling me I had to ring tomorrow she finally give me one in 2 weeks. The day of my appointment came and I went in, all it was I needed was a referral and 1 question for guidance.the GP was trying to tell me I don't need the referral just use creams that is for my skin, and for my back pain that usually results in migraine there is nothing anyone can do for me so I was prescribed yoga or pilates. And after all the waiting and dismissal they have the audacity to say I only have 10 min of consulting. Disappointed is not the word I would use

Its ok but would like to see a proper doctor on the days they book me in.

I came to the surgery in January ( given an appointment the next day ) with two " rodent ulcers " ( ???) on my nose Within a couple of weeks I was offered an appointment in a clinic in the" old hospital building" - where it was said they might be removed on the day The doctor said they were too big for removal there and it would have to be done in hospital - and I chose Cannock As they are increasing in size it was indicated that there would be an appointment possibly within a couple of weeks and I was to follow up if I heard nothing I have tried to follow up but the only information is that the waiting time might be three months Thank you Holmcroft surgery for your promptness Maybe you can follow up for me please ?
