        Generally helpful to get appointment at the surgery or the sister surgery. However I had occasion of waiting for over 1 hour for a timed appointment, because they are not perfect

        Called 151 times. They clearly dont open at 8.00pm. The call service is ridiculous. I am more than happy to wait in a queue on the phone to speak with someone, but they kept rejecting my call. As a new member of the surgery, I am annoyed. Their app is useless also! Can anyone recommend an efficient and reliable Gp surgery in Stafford please?
